Aladdin Knowledge Systems' USB authentication device part of Netilla's comprehensive secure SSL VPN solution for mobile and remote users

CHICAGO, February 18, 2003-Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALDN) today announced that Netilla® Networks, Inc., has joined Aladdin's Solution Partner Program and has bundled Aladdin's USB-based eToken user authentication device within its secure sockets layer (SSL) virtual private network (VPN) products. Netilla® Networks, Inc. is a provider of Web-based clientless VPN platforms for secure Web-based remote access to virtually any applications and data on corporate networks.

Aladdin's eToken is a fully-portable USB device offering cost-effective network authentication, and secure access to electronic business applications. As part of Netilla's comprehensive VPN solution, eToken ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and applications accessed by remote and mobile users through Netilla's VPN. The bundled solution will be offered to both Aladdin's and Netilla's VAR channel throughout Europe.

The Netilla Security Platform's Web-based clientless approach marks a significant advance over existing virtual private networking alternatives by eliminating the time and cost of installing applications on the remote user's PC. The Netilla SecureRealm Framework enables the platform to provide seamless integration with Aladdin's eToken solution.
