Netilla Networks Selects Computer Control Corporation
and StarCare Systems To Join its Certified Integrator Program

Somerset, N.J., April 18, 2001

Netilla(sm) Networks, Inc., the networking service company that supplies secure Web access to office applications, today announced that two national software solution providers, Computer Control Corporation, based in Hartford, Conn., and StarCare Systems, Inc., based in Alexandria, Va., have been selected to join the company's network of certified integrators.

These providers, along with value-added resellers, systems integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs) and other solution providers, resell and support Netilla Virtual Office(sm) service, a subscription-based service that allows
a business user at an off-site work location to use a Web browser as a secure "extension cord" to shared software applications, files, and e-mail residing on an office network.

Besides selling Netilla Virtual Office service and using it to provide customer support, these companies also are using the service to provide their own employees with remote access, explained Glenn Fitzgerald, Netilla Networks' vice president of Sales. Fitzgerald added that Computer Control and StarCare are focused on customer relationship management (CRM) and sales force automation (SFA) applications, and said, "We welcome reseller relationships with software solution providers and ISVs who need a simple, affordable Web-based remote access solution to complement their portfolios."

"By Web-enabling the software systems we sell and by providing remote access to office networks, Netilla Virtual Office service allows us to solve a pervasive synchronization problem with our software products while eliminating the need for customers to distribute software upgrades to their employees," said Computer Control President Joel Scott. He added, "The service also provides our company with a strong recurring revenue stream as well as a tool we use ourselves to give our widely-dispersed sales and technical team access our server-based contact management system."

StarCare President Joseph Cameron said, "Netilla Virtual Office service rounds out the functionality and flexibility of the CRM and SFA products we provide to our customers. Even more valuable is that it allows them to have 'virtual' offices at a minimal cost. This service lets us offer a more complete solution at a competitive price, and, by using the Netilla Virtual Office service to support customers who have the service, we strengthen our own customer relationships.
